Phase II Food Choices
During Phase II, you can have EVERYTHING you were able to eat during
Phase I, plus the following new items. As mentioned previously,
reintroduce these foods into your diet slowly. If you reintroduce more
than one at a time, you won't know which foods cause cravings and
which foods are safe for you.
